Honda's history is developing special models for specific markets.
I'd be interested in having one, but the price tag (~4K converted from Pounds Sterling) puts it real close to the price of bigger, more capable machines - Honda's own CBR 250 or a New 2012 Ninja 250, for example. Chances of seeing one in the US are slim to none. Hope I'm wrong...
