i noticed this while i was cleaning all the gunk off

Image

reed looks good. the black is some of that gunk that came off the carb when i pilled it off.

is there supposed to be a bolt or something? the oil pump has some wiggle. im planning to remove it. may just find a universal freeze plug or something.

just finished the turbo swap the night before lol. dont worry its not a permanent fixture on the bike. it was kinda just wedged up in there haha.

this is my before pic

i really like the street fighter look on bikes so im gonna try to imitate that with my scoot. should look kinda like a ruckus

Definitely a swapped cylinder. Masure 47mm = 72 cc with stock 41.4mm stroke. Needs more carb pilot jet and premix preferred. Stock carb can be modified almost enough, but best performance demands at least 21mm carb.
can you suggest a carb. i just ordered a gasket set for the motor in the event that the rings are ok.

does anyone know the dimensions of the rings so i can verify that there within spec.

also any other suggestions while its apart?

sooooooooo.......... the piston and cyl are done. and it was 47mm.

new question. whats the word on these kymco ebay 90 cc kits. i know ill need a bigger carb and all that jazz. i just wanna know if its worth the money to buy a new polini kit or just save the money for the carb and clutch by using a ebay kit.

clean up the exhaust port on the polini if theres a stamp on inside then you have a corsa .If so hone it and put in some new rings and the carb and exhaust and final drive gears and you will be flying
