elite 80 1985 handles bars any way to raise etc them

elite 80 1985 handles bars any way to raise etc them
I ve got an elite 80 1985. There no way to raise , lower or move the handles bars I m guessing. They are what they are? Seem to be made for a 3.5 foot guy.

Correct - the handlebars are fixed. A custom adaptation is required along with a possibility of cable and harness mods.There no way to raise , lower or move the handles bars I m guessing. They are what they are? Seem to be made for a 3.5 foot guy.
