I have throughly cleaned my carb and now i cant seem to get the air/fuel mixture screw set back where i had it.
I dont have the stock air filter and i have drilled out my main jet so screwing it 1 1/2 turns dosent help me much.
I think it is running rich right now. It will accelerate well till high rpms then sputter and die. If I run it on the kickstand, it will blow white smoke and act like it is governed.
Thanks in advance.

I have a 1986 red Honda Spree
mods: uni prefilter, two 3/8 inch holes drilled in airbox lid, drilled jet out from .026 to .0292.
I also have a 1999 Yamaha Blaster
stock except Graydon Proline Nerfs Holeshot tires and aluminum rims.

That screw just sets your idle jet, so it should be set to 1.5 turns anyway. Your main jet isn't really affected by it. Main jet is for wide open throttle.
Sounds to me like you're running lean if it's bogging out. Need a larger jet, IMHO.
