Honda Spree Steering Wheel Lock

I Recently purchased a Honda Spree which I believe to be the 1986 model. Unfortunately I lost my keys over a busy night, and through researched I have figured out how to kick start without the ignition plugged in (the little white box). I was wondering how and if I can unlock the Steering lock with out breaking, or is breaking it my only option. Please Help, and Thank you!
