87 honda aero 50 (nb50) voltage problems. please help

Post by jaysonneff »

how many volts are supposed to be coming out of the stator in a Honda aero 50. im getting about 13 out of the red and black wire leading to the cdi. the reason why im asking is because i'm not getting spark to the plug. also the yellow and black wire coming from the cdi to the ignition coil is getting only 6 volts. which might be the problem. im not quite wsure what the problem is but its restricting the bike from getting a spark.
