hi guys,
Yesterday, I had a long trip with my honda elite, about 20 minutes. On my way back, I noticed a weird noise on the right side of my scooter (muffler side) that happens only when I'm at high speed (above 20mph). We can't hear this noise when I ride the scooter slowly or at a stop.
I tried to record it, but we don't hear it that much on the video.

Does anyone know where this might come from? Hopefully, it's not the crank shaft because I'm not sure I can change it by myself :s
Thanks

Re: weird noise on the muffler side
not trying to be a ??? you need to put another screw on the muffler to hold it in place first then see if that is it ...

Yeah i know. I lost it a while ago. I made sure the screw that I have was tied enough. I'm 100% sure the noise does not come from the screw missing. But thank you tho

Re: weird noise on the muffler side
I had a leak between the muffler and whatever it is connected to. I untighted the 2 bolts, moved a little bit the muffler and made sure the 2 bolts were tight well. I also opened the crank case, but I didn't find anything special in there. Afterwards, I prayed the god, started my scooter and took a little ride on it. The noise was gone !!!!
Do you guys think the noise could come from a very small space at the connection of the muffler, which caused the leak?
