I have a 1986 red Honda Spree
mods: uni prefilter, two 3/8 inch holes drilled in airbox lid, drilled jet out from .026 to .0292.
I also have a 1999 Yamaha Blaster
stock except Graydon Proline Nerfs Holeshot tires and aluminum rims.

ummm, i'm guessing the reason you are running faster is because you are decarbonizing your head when you run that stuff. same effect as misting water into a carb, except it's safer.
sure it probably cleans the carb too, but seriously, how lazy can you be not to just take the carb off and spend seven minutes cleaning the thing. then you can use compressed air and be sure that everything is clean and then inspect it too.
btw - i don't like the stuff. i call it headgasket eater cause it cleans out so many deposits in cars that it leaves holes where deposits used to be. on a moped it probably doesn't matter as much though - so go nuts.
