made for 54 tall and under.

I could have chosen the Grom...heard there was a waiting list...
AND I did NOT want to replace my NS50 with an under-sized, scooter-like bike.
Having 17" wheels is better suited for the country curve-carving...IMHO
Plus I got 150 cubes of cafe-style moto for at least $1,000 less...
