malossi belt for kymco zx50 wont fit at all

I have the correct belt just not sure if its a manufacturers defect or what but Ive owned 2 other malossi belts for it and never a problem.
Im thinking I need the 700 length belt I dont know Ive never had this issue before.

As much as I love malossi if they changed the part but didnt tell anyone Im going to be angry with them.

Strange enough my Delta isnt the same as my old Deltas either. Ive owned 4 now for the dio style engines.

I know the belt has to wear in . but that one looks way too small. it looks like it's for the S trans.
