Write up on replacing gear set?

Post by johnny248 »

I tried browsing as well as search, and google and am not having much luck. Is there a link to a write up on the installation procedure for replacing the gear set with a different ratio?

Yep. I have that press :) I replace enough wheel bearings on autos with my side work that I bought one some time ago. Nothing like having the right took for the job

Im sure when the import a couple thousand from China, and then get their margins, cost probably ends up being 20-30$ a piece.

A friend of mine has a a company where he has some build house in China build his parts and he usually gets 2-3 containers at a time and the cost is hard to believe. There is a reason why everything is manufacutered in Chins these days lol
