Asked in the MMM forum and got called a stupid idiot for not mentioning that I live in michigan. That club should be so proud. Anyway, I thought Id have better luck of an intelligent response here. I have the certificate of origin with orignal owner on the back - do you need anything else. Have the original bill of sale as well if that makes any difference. Thanks!!!

edited: changed Moped to scooter. I called the Spree a moped on another board and a moped owner said that was insulting...

Thanks for the info. If there is anyone else that can back it up, lmk. Its not that I don't believe it, its just that I want to be able to pass that on with complete confidence.
