runs but wont go anywhere
i'm assuming this is because of some broken belt or chain?

I'd call my local Honda dealer too. One of the reasons to have a 20 year old spree or aero over other brands is Honda has OEM for most Honda old bike parts as well as BikeBandit.com and others. When I add on Ebay shipping on most internet sellers -my local dealer even with sales tax added is cheaper or close enough.

remove the clutch (front one), then put the belt around both front and back pully's, and replace clutch. 3 minute project
