Why would you run a 28mm carb on that kit, isn't it a 75cc kit or so? That's too much air.
If you're running that big of a carb, you'll need to premix. HI guys have said in past that anything under 75cc with stock-ish carb sizes can be run with the stock oiler run wide open.
76cc is the max for the injector with the correct gear ratio, myspree your gears are only for a derestricted engine- you need to "MAKE UP YOUR MIND" and build it right, wheelie popping is for kids!!!!
by disable do you mean to remove the injector entirely? Or just disable it and leave it connected? If I leave it on, do I leave it Open, Closed, in the middle?

dont risk it, go all premix. its safer solution.
I've been having over oiling issues on my stock zip injector which wasnt good for my stroker setup, now completely rebuilt im doing premix. it can be a pain but you'll be sure your getting the right ratio in there.
maybe the elite has a more solid injector setup, but thats up to you.
The pump can handle it but i never did with 9 to 1 gears which is for stock derestricted engines, oil pumps will last 50k before they smoke out the hood on a cold start and my 28mm carb still runs lean!
