bad bad idea i put N.O.S. on a 50 cc pocket bike for my nephew. BAD idea hes 13 and the cylinder blew up and took a nice chuck out of his left leg. 48 sticjes worth. Plus when yo do it you have to re-jet for the extra induction big pain in the but. Thats my Two cents.

haha i did that with my spree. had a db pipe on it. and the hitting things with a hammer always works.

How do you like your '80s Jettas and Scirocco? I'm looking at buying a Jetta right now, or a Passat. In fact, a VW is about the only thing I'll buy. I looked at a '92 with 154k miles on it the other day, but it was a challenge to get it into 1st, and it sounded and felt like the CV joints were bad. Incredibly loud. Even after we shut it off, you could feel the radiator fan going, not to mention, hear it roar. He wanted $1100 for it. I'm looking at now, a '96 with 175k for if I remember, 2200. Or a '95 GTI for $3250. I'd love to have a TDI, for its milage and engine life, but just can't afford it. I found an '82 Rabbit diesel pickup for $150 and it even ran, and had been emailing back and forth for awhile with the seller, and right before I was going to ask when I could pick it up (7 min before) I was told by him that he sold it.

Instead of expencive NOS, how about a camping size canister of Propane, with a small tube connected to the air box, with a adjustable dial to control flow of gas? Just a low flow of gas should give a good kick.
