[Spruckus]

so i got inspired by the frame and look of the elites. so needless to say i bought one with a crap motor and started making a game plan with a ruckus engien that i had laying around.

this is how i mounted the engine

picked up two of these air cylinders at a local swap meet for 10 bucks for two. ill only be using one

and this is the start of my air ride setup


heres how she sits

i shaved and polished stock controls. the kill switch turns the compressor on raising the bike up and the starter button dumps air out

used the stock handle bars and flipped them

then filled and sanded the gap

let the hate begin. i love the japanese bosozuku style in some areas so i made this exhaust


which leads me to a question that i cant figure out
i hook up the ecu and harness from a 12 ruckus to go along with the 12 ruckus engine. and now with a jump pack at 12.9 volts i hit the sarter button and all i get is a rapid cilcking from the starter relay. i have one ground from the harness to the steering neck(frame) and another at the back from the harness to the cvt case. those are the only two grounds i see on the harness. can any please help so i can move ahead on this and get it running

Whats different?
Are all electrical components ruckus?
Do you get spark?
Is there a kick starter?

You seem to be good with electronics to do that stuff that you've already done. Maybe try Googling starter clicking?

How did you lower your front end? Is that an all or nothing adj?
