DR Pulley HIT Clutch

Post by cruzingratiot »

interesting concept instead of relying on the centrifugal force of the clutch alone
it also has a set of spring loaded pins that helps push the shoes out and keep the clutch engaged
sounds interesting
what do you think ??

I bought one for my piaggio powered sr50. BIGBNRG hooked me up with a great used price. I thought it was difficult to setup so I sold it and bought a malossi delta(which i had already learned how to setup).

Did you get it to work? I saw one a while back for the sr50 also and wondered if it was a gimmick or real world dynamic.

It came very highly recommended. I didn't take the time to learn it. I get to a point where curiosity kills me. Mostly financially.

did you look at the links ?
the one dyno test graph for the kymco 125
shows 2.01 N-m more torque than that from a stock clutch

I understand the concept but like anything else
time would be needed to fully tune it in
