Hey all,
thanks to everyone here for helping. so, now that I've decided to get a spree, I need to start looking.
Now, I can buy a car no problem. But I'm not sure what to look for with a scooter. So what are some signs of a well/poorly taken care of spree that I'll be able to spot fairly easily? And what maintenance should I have done after I get one?
What to look for when buying?

Three types you'll see are -
1. low miles and has been in garage 5 or more years -
signs cracked tire sidewalls - basically need clean carb, tank, dumped oil
tank, new tires, air filter and belt plus whatever else is wrong and any late state registration fees - nice choice as plastic is usually all complete
$200-300 to make road ready and dependable.
2. same as above but last owner did all that and its running - best choice
3. over 5000 miles - and yard ornament - same costs as 1 plus bottom end , seals and rings
4. over 5000 miles and running - must run steady w/o dying and I'd still assume the costs of 3
