Neat, I was wondering if you were going to leave the sprite bottle on it when I saw that. I figured it would make one heck of a racket.

That's a Heineken bottle. Took it off because the glass made too much noise sitting in the holder. Very fun bike to ride indeed

Loving this SE my friend. Really Love the orange. How's the ride with the solid front struts? Like you'd expect, or worse?

The ride is what you'd expect from a rigid, but I believe it would feel worse if it was just cut springs and have slop in the front every time you brake. The rear is adjustable and lowered as much as possible without the pipe interfering with the panels when on.
