My simonini pipe is pretty tame. Quiet when cruising and has a bark when I pop the throttle.

On my bike I've had:

Stock
Tecnigas Next R
PG Short
Yasuni C16

The stock was obviously pretty quiet, but I'm not sure how much performance you can get out of it de-restricted.

The Tecnigas actually wasn't very loud. Im pretty sure the intake noise was louder than this pipe. It did sound good though. Much mellower than the Yasuni.

The PG pipe was pretty d*** loud.

I've ridden next to the Windjammer which gets really loud when it is opened up, and also the Arrow Replica which wasn't nearly as loud.

I'm sure you can find something that isn't as loud, but they are all loud enough than people turn their heads to see what is going on when you drive buy :)

Speaking of exhaust, I found a couple cool looking pipes in Japan. Don't know what it costs to have them sent over here, but they look nice and pricing is good.

$140 Canister Style which is cooler than the normal stuff we see because it has an aluminum silicener instead of your standard welded steel.

These caugh my eye also. $68 Chamber pipe with color options. Come on now, even if its just OK, you cant beat $68!

Also depends on what you consider A "Sleeper".. Theres 66cc motors that would spank some 72cc and then some 72cc that would spank 80cc+/Small strokers and same thing for the next size bore.. OR Stock Carb, stock pipe or one that looks like it with a heat shield tac welded on it lol, with a 72cc motor.
