Greetings:

The fuel line is pretty much self-blocking if the petcock works. I have used a medical hemostat clamp on the oil line when I had a pump. A small pair of locking pliers should do the same, or you can pop a 4 or 5mm bolt in the end to seal. Beware of air bubbles in the oil line - the engine shouldn't run dry for too long.

I use my oil can filled with 2 stroke oil to bleed oil lines. I simply fill the line back up with the missing oil and pop the lines back where they go.

patthesoundguy did just that...he described exactly how he bleeds an oil line.
He puts two-stroke oil in a hand-pump style of oil can, and pumps oil into the line until it is full of oil and void of bubbles...if your oil lines is not clear tubing, then you won't be able to see if the line is full or not. Buy clear tubing to replace all oil and fuel lines.
