Came across this beauty on CL and had to jump on it. I could use some help properly indentifying it, so far from my research it appears to be a Tact or possibly Melody/Vision. PO said it was an '81 but so far no markings saying so and he did the paint and decals thinking it was an Aero. It has an ab07e motor which is netting about 30mph and smokes a lil for now, but moves very well. Scoot in question is the blue one next to my '85 Aero I recently scooped up as well. So help me out so I can update my sig Have you seen one? What do you think it is? And what do you think about it? I likes it!
And now some pics:
Clean working cluster!!
Folding leg/splash shields?!! +2mph when open
A lil JDM touch
money@$$ shot
model - serial #
eng code stamp...numbers dont match body serial?

Ive yet to see any Aero 50s with a headset/tail lights like this much less the other options. Its definitely not a US market scooter. Are you aware of Aero's in another market? PO said his ol buddy a Marine Vet had it sent back home. I have his contact and will reach out to him and get some good scootin stories hopefully and shake the man's hand on my next visit to San Antonio.

Hi Its a Honda Fullmark Custom Tact 1982
I bought mine in Palau and then shipped it around the world with me. They were Asian market primarily as a competitor to the Vespa and Yamaha
Its done a genuine 4600 klms and runs like a charm
Most ive ever got to was 60 klm / 37 MPH I run it on 94 octane unleaded and use Castrol 2 stoke Oil. I had to change Brake lights and indicator lights when I registered it in Australia. I also had to ink out the Japanese writing for Hi beam fuel etc.. Do you know where to get replacement stickers and taillight assembly.
Cheers

Just a follow up as I wasnt able to upload more than 3 photos. As you can see by the Vin and engine number your Honda is within 1200 vehicles of mine. As previously said the indicator/brake light was changed to conform with Australian regs and the big Plastic Box is my version of a pannier.
Is there a perspex windscreen available
The Manual for the "Nifty 50" has been invaluable for me as there are none like this scooter in Australia.

Nice!!! I have only seen maybe 3 identical models on media searches. I pinned down it as an 82 from a Japanese motorcycle museum. Thank you for sharing, glad to know there are survivors out there, the Custom seems to be pretty rare.
I may know of a parts person for you, I will send him a message. I am lucky to have it complete and great condition but no spare parts, sorry.
