Has anyone notice the new people at the bottom are really dumb names like * DVD and * guy and dumb stuff like that i would like to know who is doing that.

Spam-bots. Look at the e-mail addresses, all random characters @yahoo.com. It's a known problem with this type of board.
I moderate another board (for chemists) using the same phpBB package, and I had to modify the registration script to cut down on the automated 'bot programs. I still have to go in every couple of days and edit out the links to porno/poker/* sites.
