AIRBOX MOD

Post by reckless504 »

i heard that drilling some holes on the lid of the airbox gives you a little more airflow and a little more mph is this true or just a waste of time and of a lid?

I've tried this and I lost so much torque it was worthless. drilled out my exhaust and opened up the intake (read: no airbox at all) and the thing was gutless.

nope, had no issues with throttle position. it just lacked power overall. maybe I'll have to find a new jet and try again.
