Moped died on road and now kick starter is jammed

Moped died on road and now kick starter is jammed
As stated in the topic, the moped died on the road this morning and now it wont even kick start. I think the motor is siezed but I'm not sure. I have a 67cc upgrade and I'm thinking I might need a new cylinder...any sugestions?

what range 6/7/8/9 ?
Is it the cast iron or the aluminum?
If it seized you can look at the piston and that will tell you alo on why it seized, 4 point seize too lean, seize on intake side or stator side either too lean or intake leak -crank seals? , I forgot what exhaust port seizeure's where

The shop that did your engine doesn't know how to do it right, whats the gear ratio? did they safety wire the oil pump on full? what jet size do you have? clutch springs & center spring, ramp#, weights- yea there is science to building these engines or did you just run it at full throttle to long without a temp guage so you shut it down before you blow
