Exhaust

Post by xela_p2004 »

So I split my exhaust in half and found lots of carbon and carbon debri, Since its opened up, is there any other way to make it faster? Perhaps drilling holes in the chambor walls? Any ideas? I will be welding it back soon.

gut it and it should increase top speed considerably but will be alot noisier.

Why not just opt for a aftermarket muffler instead?

I was thinking about just buying a vento or zuma muffler or even an aftermarket muffler and cutting off the head and welding the spree header on instead, but dont know if performance would be any good. What do ya think?

I find that hard to believe, over here in Japan, there is a massive range of mufflers for the Dio and other 50cc bikes.

Yeah a custom job would do the trick.

$18 shipped from Leo Vince isn't too expensive to try.
