I parked my 86' Honda Spree in between two cars on the side of the road like always, went to class and when I came back my baby was tipped on it's side with a puddle of oil next to it. I tried starting it and it won't start.
Has plenty gas, plenty oil in the oil tank.
Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
Spree tipped over, now it won't start

Thanks for the input.
It runs!
but...
I was speculating that it was flooded, or the plug got wet. I let it sit for a few hours, came back and kept trying to start it, it got some life and it died. This happened a few times, then finally when it was sputtering again, I reved it up little by little until it got strong again, and cruised home.
This morning it started fine, but the pitch of the engine sounded lower than usual. When I started it again later today it started then died, kicked it over a few times again, and it seemed to have less power, but was driving. I reved high on the drive home and it seemed to be about normal, but sounded lower in pitch.
What could the sound difference be? the carb clogged? Doesn't sound like its the muffler.

Your absolutely right, thats one thing I forgot to mention. In the very beginning when I first discovered the tipped scoot, one thing I also checked was the air filter which was soaked with gas, I shook the * out of it and a bunch of gas dripped out.
The air filter is good now, but still the noise persists. Lower pitch, louder but muffled in a way, but lower.
