Nice Job Ped, as usual! You bring it to us in full color! Are you using a specific boring tool on all of it? Also, which pipe is best suited to use for this cylinder? Thanks for the pics!

Hi bones. Thanks. I use a homemade Dremel head, and a drill press. Also a Crosscut porting bit.
That ugly looking, really doesn't fit right, polini race pipe from SSS works great on 98cc. Top speed on my 98cc Speedio 74 mph with that pipe.
There's so many different setups and pipes they all work great.
The 50mm has good power. will work great with stock stroke too.

Hi wheelman. Its precise hand Dremel work, same as porting a head. :smile:
I do use a drill press, motor has to be level. Most is hand work. :nerd:
