How do you take the piston off ?
Do any of yall know.
there is a clip on the side of it. pry the clip out with a needle or a very small screwdriver. once this is out slide the pin out of the piston and its out.

also, be very careful when puting the cylinder back on! i had a broken set of rings one time when i tried it too forcefuly. you need to make sure to use a lot of oil to lube the cylinder and piston, and make sure the rings are pressed in correctly when u slide the cylinder on. all just precautions, for when you're putting the cylinder back on.
btw, if your planning on installing a new piston, then make sure to get your cylinder honed out. its a very important step to make sure the new piston sets in right.

projects galore

why are you doing that? if its apart u might as well replace the rings for some restored power. and if u take it all apart u will need new head+base gaskets. about $30 total.
