Electric choke install ??

Post by 86gyro »

Installing choke the correct way after cleaning. Does the brass needle go in carb first, followed by brass barrel, installed on by-stater, or does needle go in barrel frist, then in carb.

You have a Gyro? The carb may be different than the Spree.

If not, follow the manual. The choke should be in one piece, so I'm not following you.

I have no manual. But what ive read is that Spree and gyro by-starter are the same, so what is the correct install, needle first in carb than followed by brass barrel snap on by-starter, or needle installed in barrel than both installed in card as one piece. If neddle goes in barrel, and then barrel snaps on by-starter, I guess that would be one piece
