MY AF16 Tact build

Well I've been putting this bike together for awhile now, it came with a lot of little problems along the way as far as putting it together just to try and get it too my satisfaction and pulling off the look I wanted, which is similar to an all red G-Dash.

So I'm taking a break from the moped build due to frustration to start a VW water-cooled project.. Since I sold off my GTI about 8 months ago reason why I started building this ped to keep occupied.

I totally miss the car modifying world, and now want to put my efforts into another car. I will finish it when I'm done scratching my car itch

Yeah the bars is * to the left. But it is off centered by .5mm

Those recon people are bastards, my 96 Honda hatch never got passed, after multiple atemps.....so I took it to Utah and did whatever I wanted


This is about the Tact Elite though, dumb question how did you get the paint to stick on the inner plastics? scuff it?

Yeah Jeff Recon is bull.. I had to go 3 or 4 times before they pheassed me.

Prep is very important so I sprayed them with wax and grease remover multiple times let it dry then hit it with dawn and a scuffing pad a couple times, a good adhesion promoter that we use for painting car bumpers and paint formula which bonds to plastic just car paint.
