Yamaha JOG

How good is a yamaha jog in terms of performance parts? I believe the year is a 1993 and its a horizontal engine. Bore kits, pipes, variators?

Polini Evolution? Is that a bore kit? I googled it and got a 70cc water cooled kit. I plan to buy a water cooled kit because I have a Honda metropolitan which I plan to swap a jog motor into. The Metropolitan is a watercooled bike so it has all the pluming. However if possible I would like to go all out, perhaps stroker kit and water cooled kit, say like 100cc water cooled, anyone know where I can find these parts? I called VT and all they have is a 68cc air cooled kit and 70cc water cooled kit, which Iam considering but they say its not stroker compatible. Point me into the right direction guys, I new to the two stroke game, I have been modding the * out of my 4 stroke metropolitan but have realized its limitations. So hence the jog engine. Would have gone with a dio but the dio has the motor mounts on the bottom of the engine and the jog has them on top like my metropolitan engine. I also read somewhere that the Jog is actually a much more faster engine than a dio when modded to its full potential.

if you want to go stroker, try strokeitimports.com

thats where've I've gotten most of my parts from. They have a watercooled 54mm kit w/ 45-47mm crank for like $400. Not a bad price if you're ok with the custom work to be able to go all out. custom work being milling case to fit crank and port matching, tuning, etc..
projects galore :nerd:

if you use pollini evolution parts you don't need a stroker set up. Bore, exhaust, crank.
