NQ50 WONT GO!?

I have spark and carb is getting fuel? it ran the other day i rode it up the street. now nothing ive tried it all...replace the coil and plug,with new.
cleaned carb...was fine and recieving fuel.scooters new to me.i can get a car to start but not this silly bike.please someone will know whats up with it.
was running fine.i have had to hotwire it as lost the key...i connect a red and a black to get ignition. the spare black and a green wire is confusing me. im sure i dont need these for it run...as it ran the other day.HELP

Need more info.
Check compression ?
Will it fire on starting fluid ?
