86 aero no ignition wire..

86 aero.. i have white black...red, black then a green wire.. I tried different combos to tie them together and nothing...I have a jump pack on the battery. I get nothing when I hit the start button..can I jump the starter out? trying to get power to the dash but no luck. . this is my father inlaws he got from one of his apt buildings left behind...trying to get the thing up and running..can I throw a jumper pack to the start to get it to turn over?

what im working with...prob cooked the cdi sending 12v to it as it started smoking oh well...ill get a s23...I just need to get it to turn over...sorry I don't look howto get images to post.

That bike MUST have a good tailight, and you MUST hold the rear brake to complete the starter circuit.
