Yes, its universal to any 2-cycle/4-cycle engine.

awesome 8) it says in the instructions to spray it on the filter, should i do that? or just spray it into the sparkplug area after removing the plug and stick plug back in and fire it?

My experience with all small engines is to remove the filter and spray over the intake. I am not sure if the honda 2-cycle needs the filter to maintain the correct air flow to fuel ratio, but it will work either way. You are just adding fuel to the air so that there is something to burn. Obviously this is used to help get the engine going so that once its running it will now have enough air moving through the carb to pull its own fuel.

actually dont remove or spray the filter. you just have to disconnect the little hose going from the airbox to the carb, and spray directly into the carb. that gets best results imo.

thats tru because it takes a lot of fluid to go throught the filter and everything, just make sure u connect the tube.
