Hi All, I am the happy new owner of an 1984 Aero 50 for $100.
Of course it came with almost 10K miles on it and almost no plastic attached except for a skinny piece over the rear tire and the front fender.
The owner did find some of the plastic (rear sides) but he had attempted
at making it the 'general lee' of scooters with a horrible orange paint job and rebel flag. The kick stand is missing, exhaust missing, entire kickstart assembly, and no rear lights/license plate holder.
I was able to get it to start after hooking up jumper cables. The thing runs great. I love Honda.
What I'm wondering if anyone knows what exhausts I can use. Are any of the mufflers interchangeable? I really want to get an exhaust. The cheaper the better.
I did find an OEM replacement from an online honda dealer for about $100 but I would like to find something used or go hi-performance for that price.
thanks!
