get a long drill bit, put the drill in the end of the pipe and drill though 2-3 baffles.
its not a positive way to add top speed. it helps some people, other people not so. doing this will help take off any way and it will sound allot better

ok heres how to drill out a muffler first get a drill bit as long as the muffler itself (DONT count the downtube! you will never find ine that long) and as big as you can fit in the little hole in the back where the exaust comes out then put the drill bit in the hole in back where the exaust comes out and drill you will run int plates inside the muffler theese are the baffles drill right through them untill you drilled every one just be careful not to drill through the muffler body itself
this is a quote from 'Kenny_McCormic'
i dont think you should drill though them all, for a 2-stoke to run right it has to have back compression and if its that open you might loose some. i would go though most but not all

PS:this is a topic about drilling the pipe. this might help you some.

remember when you open up a exhaust you get leaner. After doing that i would suggest kenny`s favorite thing"plug chop" hehehe Making something stock going faster is all about the small details when tuning.
good luck & have fun!
