way to many, nothing bolt on mods or anything like that.
on an elite 98% of mods are bolt on ( no drilling or grinding or anything like that. you just take the old off and put on the new.)
a spree can be made fast (40mph or so) but theres allot of grinding, allot of porting. theres no bolt on mods for a spree . allot of fine tuning . unless you know 2 stroke motors good i wouldnt every try to make it fast.

thats not true, it takes a little more then that.

'Spree' + Allot of time and money = 40 mph

'88-93 elite' + 150$ = 45mph or so

'94-01 elite' +100$ = 50-55MPH

those speeds listed is if its tuned good, so give of take 5 mph

i find that hard to believe, but you need to say 94-01 elite. my 92 is a SA50 but it isnt that great.

Well, I need to whip out my camera again before my tank dries up. My parts bike has been running like crap, going slow, etc. And recently, not getting fuel but lots of oil. I had a 1/2 tank of propane. Heh. I need to get video, I can hardly believe this myself, but it does run on the tank of LP. Ungodly well too. And, I didn't need to shave anything off the head to do it. Just, if I want to go faster, I need to open the valve more on the tank THEN open the trottle, otherwise it dies instantly. It's rigged up bad, and could probably backfire, explode, and kill me, but it works, and I jumped from 23-25 mph to 33-36. The two stroke oil keeps me lubed up, till the Bosch splitfire plug melts the piston on me. Just had to add my two cents.
