Hello,
The crankshaft of my second Spree is bent. I need to replace.
Is it possible to repare the crankshaf?

no u definately want to replace that. parts like that are so precise u should just replace that instead of really doing some damage.

Find a machine shop that will take a look at it and ask them if it can be repaired. You would need a 20 ton press and dial guages to do this yourself.
What I expect that you'll find is that it's cheaper to buy a used part from Richardson or off the internet than it would be to have someone true it.

You know, you may be able to fix this with hand tools. If the counterweight halves are bent inward, you can bend it back out with a prybar. If they're bent outward, you could squish them back together in a vice. I've seen this repair description in a moped manual somewhere.
If it's bent torsionally, if the counterweight halves don't line up as you scope down the shaft, you might be able to fix it by using the vice to realign them. This I'm not as sure about.
You'd still need a set of V-blocks and a dial micrometer, but you should be able to do this w/o the press.
Or is just the fan end bent? That's what it looks like in the pics.
