anybody heard of jicheng?

I picked this thing up for almost nothing non running. Its very chepo import but has a disk front brake and does at least 40 (the gauge indicates 60 but it doesnt seem that fast to me). Got it running yesterday with a quick carb clean and $5 worth of fuel line and brake fluid.

I've been searching the web for anything about it and so far havent found so much as a photo. I'll try and get a pic up here later, go tto see if any of the photo hosting accounts are still good, been a while since I was posting in a forum.

Yep its a cheapo import, maybe a clone of something good maybe it isnt. Ge it back to roadworthy condition and use it till it dies.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

Its made in China and your speedometer is reading in Kilometers and not miles per hour. If you have a QMB139 49cc engine on it its pretty good. The other parts on the bike may not hold up but the engine is pretty good. Look up QMB139 scooter engines on google and it will show several different parts suppliers and see if you have the same engine. This is probably the engine you have if it is a 4 stroke engine. www.partsforchinesescooters.com is one site you may want to visit.

Conversion in case you wanna know. http://www.mitsubishi-fto.org/info/kmh-mph.htm or just take your kph reading and divide that by 1.6 and you have mph.
