easiest way to put disc brakes on a spree?
So...my girlfriend bought a spree a few months ago and totally loves it, and when I told her it was possible to strap a pimped-out elite motor on it, she was pretty enthused. She really likes the idea of having the tiny, 100-lb scooter that looks like a total joke but actually hauls *. I figure the first order of business before any performance crap is done to the scooter is to replace the crappy stock drums with some real disc brakes. What's the best way to do this? And should I make sure to do front AND rear disc, or is just front OK? I don't plan on doing too much crazy s*** with the motor once I get an elite motor to put on, since I don't want her to kill herself. I'm assuming that I should just get some wheels with discs on them and then get the brake setup from the same scooter, but I don't know what to look for, or what kind of expense I'm looking at. Also, if there's such thing as a full front end with disc brakes that will fit, what is it, and how much would I be looking at to get something like that? I don't need to be able to hide it, it, it would be fine with brake fluid reservoirs clamped to the handlebar, aesthetics aren't a huge deal, and I can figure them out later. Thanks a lot for your input!

were to start...
Front Brake - you would have to get a full Fork assembly off of Honda ZX or DIO (japan bikes), After Market rims, after market disk/caliper (cables handels and other small things) and get them all to fit on a spree.
People do this on elites some time down in hawaii. But i dont believe i have ever heard of doing it on a spree.
Back Brake - I don't believe it can be done. If it is possible i would be amazed.

Bottom line is that it would be prohibitively expensive to do with the "right" parts, as Dac described.
If you can fab up parts yourself, you could probably build something with spares taken from either pocket or full-size bikes. But then I'd be concerned with frame flex and locking the front tire, which is really skinny.
