I found that the scooter I have is a 99' Dio. and I was gonna get this setup:

1. Poloni Corsa 72mm big bore
2. OKO 28mm carb and the corresponding jets
3. UNI Air filter

4. I need a pipe and i desparetly want one of thos wrap around pipes. What kinds work for the 99' DIO

5.I also want 8:44:1 gear ratio, and I want a good brand, Help?

I also want new wheels for ye; ole' Dio. Whats a good site? thanks

Call up VTcycles, they will help ya out and from what I have heard, give you a great package deal on those parts.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

well, that is a good set up.

as for the pipe. Im not sure if its cool enough looking for you, but the PG long is the best pipe you can get.

its great for many reasons. It has a great sound. It looks semi stock (so you wont * off cops). And, it is perfect for you bike. On top of everything, most people use this pipe with set ups like that. Meaning that tuning would be very easy.

It's only got 500 miles on her too. May have to fabricate a rear mount set.

I've also got a 19 mm carb setup for that pipe and a 70cc kit.

Heck, $400 shipped I'll sell you my entire setup: cyl kit, exhaust and carb. I spent over 500 for it all just 500 miles ago. I'll even throw in my extra 1500rpm torque spring.
