Bottom: bowl drain, leave this all the way in and fairly snug
Middle: idle mix adjustment, set at 1 7?8 turns from closed
top:idle speed, turn all the way in and start bike on stand, turn out util nice smooth idle is reached that doesnt engage the back wheel.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
