You unbolt it, bolt on a new one.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

Well, it aint that hard, sprees are KISS engineered.

Or you can take it to a Honda or scooter shop so they can charge you about 70 bucks an hour. Are you still feeling illiterate?
