So I just got an 86 Spree, and after a month of letting it sit i got her running in a couple of days. I know jack about this engine though.
Aside from putting 2 dollars of gas in it I dont know about oil or anything else. I dont know much about a mixture of gas/oil or anything. Also, how many miles to the tank do you get?
Thanks!

Put 2 stroke injector oil in the oil tank. Make sure the oil lines are clear and make sure oil is flowing. You don't need to put any oil in with the gas so long as you use the stock injector.
I get about 40 miles to a tank, give or take a few miles. Somewhere around 6 - 8 tanks of gas, and my oil tank needs to be refilled. You'll know when that happens because at first the red oil light will come on when you're taking left turns. A few more miles after that, and the oil light will stay on all the time. That's when you need to put more oil in before it runs dry. When in doubt, use Honda GN2. You can get it at any Honda PowerSports dealer (motorcycle Honda dealer).
