well.. today. i was at a friends house.. and he has the same ped i have, an elite, and he baught a krs speed pulley. he made a custom exhaust for his moped himself out of an 99 suzuki rm 125 silencer. it didnt really do anything to the performance with the speed variator and the pipe on it at all at the same time, but to get to it, we were bored and i said, "well let me put that on mine.(referring to the speed variator) and so we did. and about now.. i have almost 200 miles on my ped with the 72cc big bore kit, in the lase 8 days. my ped only went 25- 28 without the variator, and so we put it on and now it goes 50! no lie! because my other friend josh was riding right next to me and he has a vento that the spedo goes to 60 or so. and he said that i was going about 50. so just to tell all of you guys that i think that with any big bore kit over 70cc, the krs 8 roller speed variator is a great investment, and when we were riding the motor wasnt even revved high. it was almost like my ped had 5 gears on it. and it seems like its gonna save me alot on gas since the motor isn't revved as high. sorry for the bad grammar skills.

Did you derestrict your stock variator? A derestricted stock vari will let you do 35 no problem.

yea, i did, i think it only went 25 because my rollers had big flat spots on them. so they probably didnt shift all the way out. my friend wanted his speed variator back, so i ordered mine just a little while ago.. and he gave me his stock one. so now it goes 35 no problem
