Anyone Gonna Ride in the Downriver Cruise?

I was thinking of riding my Spree around at some time during the cruise. I'm pretty sure on Fort Street you can't take a scooter, but I've seen people do it often, and maybe I'll get sympathy just this once since it's not a hot rod? Anyways, it might be amusing, if anyone sees a black 87 Spree, honk or wave lol.

Grand Rapids? It's not, it's in the Metro Detroit area down Fort Street.
