What scoots did the "dio" engine come in?

Well heres the deal, Im getting a 2000 elite s w/ 600 miles. Im just wondering if it has the dio engine in it or is the dio in the "SR" edition or earlier scoots?

it has the dio
all elite 50's 1994-2001 have it
