How do I remove the rear wheel?
I'm about to order some slick new tires for my Aero. Removing the front seems pretty straight forward. unscrew the brake cable and loosen the nuts on the axel.
The rear has me scratching my head. I can see the axel and nut on the right hand side, but the left side is a big case were I imagine the drive belt and gears would be. How do I go about removing the wheel?

I got the bolt off, but the engine case is in the way. I've been trying to get the gearbox apart but I think someone used RTV or gorilla glue as a gasket haha.justinnielsen01 wrote:that works or i just put the park brake on and take the bolt off with a wrench. then undo the park brake and pull it off
YOU DON'T TAKE THE GEARBOX OFF!! The wheel just slides off the axle on the right side of the scooter.nparks wrote:I got the bolt off, but the engine case is in the way. Wheel is probably just stuck on the axle. Hit it with a rubber mallet a few times to loosen it.
Seriously, does anyone bother reading the manuals anymore?
