I haven't had my Aero very long and it hasn't run since I have gotten it, but I finally rebuilt my carb and got everything cleaned up today and after reinstalling everything, it wont start. After reading up, I found a suggestion of pouring some fuel where the spark plug goes and then reinstalling the spark plug to see if it would start. After a few tries, it started then stopped after that fuel was burned. I am getting fuel into the bowl of my carb but apparently none is being drawn into the cylinders. Any idea?
Try choking it with your hand, I though my spree had a full bowl but it didnt and the bystarter wasnt working because of it. if that doesnt work clean the carb.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
Have you re-installed the complete air box and filter before you tried to start it. It won't start if it has too much air. Make sure the air filter is oiled that also reduced air flow.
